Avoid this service if you have any other option. During the four weeks I needed their services I had four different providers so there was very little consistency in the care. Several of the providers were competent to very good. However, they sent one person to my house who was scared of cats (I have three) and she nearly hurt herself an me as she jumped around trying to avoid them. And believe it or not, they actually sent her back for a second visit!
But the icing on the cake was the billing. They sent me my first bill on July 7, which I received on July 10. On July 19 they sent me a second bill threatening me with collections! Luckily I checked my first bill against my insurance statements because their bill was incorrect.
This experience overall was lucky to get a single star.
