Rosa's First Quality Home Care is far from what their name states. My grandpa spent his last days under their "care" (if you can call it that) and we had the worst experience. The staff is unsympathetic and rude. They do not respond in adequate time when called. I could go on and on about their services but it would take a book to write it all down. I will say though that the morning the he passed away, the nurse was called at 9:15 am and she didn't show up till 11:22 and she was very upset that she didn't have a parking spot in our drive way. She refused to park 20 feet away from the house and demanded that the cars in the drive way be moved so she could park there. Being an extended family that was there to support us, we did have several cars, but she had not right to yell and demand a spot in the drive way. She was extremely rude and insensitive to our grieving. She finally calmed down when my dad told her she needed to calm down go in and do her job and understand our pain.
We lost my grandma 2 weeks ago as well and she was very well taken care of by VITAS, they provide great service and they are very sensitive to our needs unlike Rosa's.
Please, if you have the choice to choose care for your loved one DO NOT choose Rosa's First Quality Home Care.
